- Who is BLD a good fit for? +

- Are you an agency or a consultancy? +
- Both, by design. We bring consulting-grade strategy and diagnostics with the executional muscle of a media operation. You can engage us for strategy only, execution only, or end-to-end.
- Which channels do you cover? +
- All paid channels: TV, CTV, cinema, print, (D)OOH, audio, video, display, social, influencer, content, performance search, performance social and affiliate. We plan and buy them as one integrated system.
- How do you measure success? +
- We move clients beyond last-click attribution. Depending on maturity we work with dashboards and reporting, Media Mix Modelling, incrementality testing, and funnel gap analysis. The goal: prove what works and act on it.
- What is the Funnel Gap Analysis? +
- A proven, statistically valid diagnostic that identifies where in the funnel your brand is losing customers - and why. It pairs market research with media data to produce a prioritised digital action plan.
- Do you work with our existing agencies and tech stack? +
- Yes. We are technology- and partner-agnostic. We assess what you have, plug into it, and only recommend change when the impact justifies it.
- How does an engagement usually start? +
- Either with a concrete task - a campaign, an audit, an interim role - or with a structured workshop along the Insight → Strategy → Operations → Impact staircase. Both routes lead to the same destination.
